Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept? Card (secure processing) and cash on delivery, depending on availability for your address.

Can I change or cancel an order? Message us as soon as possible via the Contact page — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can adjust it.

Sizing and fit

Do the leggings run true to size? Every product has its own size guide with real on-body measurements — always check the piece's own table rather than relying on your usual size alone.

What if I'm between two sizes? For compression leggings we recommend sizing down for a sculpting fit; for tops/sets, size up for a looser wear.

Shipping and returns

How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on orders over 250 RON. Below that, standard shipping is 15 RON; express is a flat 35 RON regardless of order value. Full details on the Shipping page.

How do I make a return? From your account, the order page has a "Request a return" button for any eligible item. Details on the Returns page.

Account and membership

Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and manage returns faster.
