The CherryBomb store (cherrybomb.ro) is operated by AFX Global IT SRL, a company registered in Romania.

Accepting these terms

By placing an order on CherryBomb, you confirm you're over 18, or acting with a parent/guardian's consent, and that you agree to the terms below.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in RON and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before an order is confirmed. Product availability updates in real time, but an item can occasionally go out of stock between being added to your cart and checkout completing, in rare limited-stock cases.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.

Orders and payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment is validated (card), or once placed for cash-on-delivery orders. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or a system error, with notification and a full refund.

Products and content

All descriptions, imagery, and marks shown on the site (including proprietary technology names like CherrySculpt™) are owned by CherryBomb or used under license. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For any concern, please reach out to us directly first — we resolve most situations without needing a formal procedure.
