What data we collect

We collect the data you give us directly — name, delivery address, email, phone — when you create an account, place an order, or contact us. How long we keep it

Order-related data is kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations. You can request account deletion at any time — historical order data remains, per legal obligations, but is disassociated from the active account.

Security

Passwords are stored encrypted (never in plain text), sessions use secure tokens, and card payments are processed through a dedicated provider — we never store your full card details on our own servers.
