Shipping costs

• Standard shipping — 15 RON, free on orders over 250 RON. Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
• Express shipping — a flat 35 RON, regardless of order value. Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart subtotal — never a surprise charge after you've paid.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually processed the same day. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and your order status updates as it's prepared and shipped — track it anytime from your account's Orders section.

Delivery zones

We currently ship to Romania and the rest of the European Union. If your address doesn't show up at checkout, message us — we're steadily expanding coverage.

Something didn't arrive right?

If a parcel is late or arrives damaged, contact us via the Contact page with your order number — we sort it out quickly, without bouncing you between departments.
