Because a sculpting legging, a top, and a sports bra measure differently, every product page has its own size table (waist/hips for leggings, bust/waist/hips for tops, band/bust for sports bras) — open the Size Guide section directly on the product page you're looking at for exact centimeter figures across all 7 sizes (XXS–XXL).

A few general rules

• Compression leggings — if you're between sizes, size down for a sculpting fit, or size up for a looser one.
• Tops and sets — for a relaxed wear, size up; for a body-hugging fit, stay with your usual size.
• Sports bras — the band should sit firm but let you breathe comfortably; if you're torn between sizes, support matters more than hitting the numbers exactly.
